Do you like buttery cookies? My Short Bread Cookies are made with Unsalted European Butter, Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla (where appropriate) and Almond Extract (where appropriate) and Kosher Salt. These are all "Egg-less".
I make these in a wide variety:
Almond Crushed Almonds around the edges of the cookie adds additional Almond flavor.
Apricot Turkish Apricots are used in these.
Chocolate Chip
Cranberry/Orange
Earl Grey (Using Earl Grey Tea Leaves)
Fresh Lemon (Using fresh squeezed Lemon Juice, Lemon Extract and Lemon Zest)
Green Tea (Using Japanese Matcha Powder)
Plain with a Rainbow Sugar topping
Mixed Shortbread - This is a "Baker's Choice" variety of 2 different Shortbread Cookies (Does not include Green Tea, Earl Grey, Fresh Lemon or the Limited Edition Chocolate Shortbread(Separate Listing))
