Shortbread Cookies
Do you like buttery cookies? My Short Bread Cookies are Egg-less and made with Unsalted European Butter, Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla (where appropriate) and Almond Extract (where appropriate) and Kosher Salt.
I make these in a wide variety;
Green Tea (Using Japanese Matcha Powder)
Earl Grey (using Earl Grey Tea Leaves)
Plain with a Rainbow Sparkling Sugar
Chocolate Chip
Cranberry/Orange
Crystallized Ginger
Fresh Lemon:These are made with fresh squeezed Lemon juice and Lemon Zest.
Almond: The Almond Shortbread Cookies are rolled in crushed Almonds, this adds additional Almond flavor.
Apricot: Turkish Apricots are used in these.
