This is an AWESOME cookie for everyone. Soft and delicate, and not too sweet, but sweet enough to satisfy a sweet tooth. The dried fruit is very welcoming, and the texture from the almond is very satisfying. It is just a well balanced, delicious cookie, which everyone in our family loved, and goes great with coffee of tea (tried with both). If you are hesitant, don't be. Give em a shot you won't be disappointed.
